A blend of 54% Sauvignon Blanc and 46% Semillon sourced only from organic vineyards. The wine shows gooseberry, greengage and lemon peel leading to a fresh lily flower fragrance. The palate if fresh with a delicate, zesty acidity with flavours of green apples and lime.

The Cometa however is a Cuvee that stands out from the rest. 100% Fiano, a grape native to Sicily and too rarely seen. Lovely golden hue with aromas of honeysuckle, orange and ripe stone fruit. Great weight and length, basically a must try!

Grown in the South West of the Languedoc-Rousillon region; about a third of the blend is aged in French oak. Lots of ripe fruit, showing cherry and blueberry flavours on the soft palate.

Family run domaine who have dedicated themselves to the commune of Nuits-St-George.

A wine of great elegance and finesse as you would expect from a top Burgundy producer. Cherries and strawberry, violets and roses and we are also now seeing tertiary notes such as forest floors and hint of mushroom. Fantastic to pair with our local game!

A blend of 92% Syrah and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon all sourced from Stellenbosch, and has a lovely nose of black pepper, liquorice and maraschino cherries. Rich, dark berry fruits on the palate along with big, yet soft tannins making this the perfect friend for red meats.
