KRisztian Ballogh – Head Chef

Krisztian Ballogh has been at the heart of our kitchen for over 10 years, bringing passion, creativity, and consistency to every dish. Before joining us, he honed his skills working under some of the country’s most renowned chefs, learning the craft and precision that define his cooking today. Dedicated to modern British dining, Krisztian showcases the best seasonal and local produce, inspiring the team and creating memorable experiences for every guest. 

Julien Cluzeau – Welcoming every guest like an old friend

Julien has lived and breathed hospitality from an early age, growing up in his parents’ restaurant and serving bread to amused customers long before he could see over the tables. His career has taken him from some of Shropshire’s most loved venues to Dubai as a wine consultant, deepening his passion for great food, fine wine, and exceptional service. As General Manager of The Charlton Arms, Julien brings warmth, attention to detail, and a love for creating memorable experiences—ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
